The Role:

This position offers a remarkable opportunity for a driven and versatile individual to help shape our Customer Success department and make a significant impact within a rapidly growing organization. In the role of Customer Success Manager, you will collaborate with clients to develop cutting-edge AI solutions across various sectors, including retail, insurance, and healthcare. You will also work closely with our Growth and Engineering teams, as well as the co-founders, to guide Crane Venture Partners' strategic direction and manage our expanding clientele.

About You:
  1. You possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and are comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from CTOs of major corporations to founders of emerging startups.
  2. You are organized and methodical, with a natural ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  3. You are eager to advance your career within Crane Venture Partners, aspiring to become a leader in customer success, solutions engineering, or account management.
  4. You are ambitious and motivated to accelerate your career growth beyond traditional paths, ready to take on challenges and responsibilities.
  5. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are enthusiastic about contributing to the development of a business.
  6. You are intellectually curious and can navigate technical complexities while maintaining a focus on achieving results.
  7. You have a track record of high performance in your previous roles, whether in academia, business, sports, or technical fields.

Preferred qualifications include over two years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on retaining and expanding both high-touch and low-touch accounts. Even if you lack direct B2B or SaaS customer success experience, your background in challenging environments such as finance or consulting may demonstrate your resilience and capability to meet demanding targets.
