Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Director to join our team at Tad PGS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing relationships and opportunities with key decision makers in the Electronic Security Technology Systems market.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
* Meet directly with customers to establish needs and drive the overall sales process
* Conduct site walk-thrus and estimate Electronic Security system installations and service opportunities
* Work with other personnel to execute growth, development, sales, and marketing of all Electronic Security solutions offered
* Develop market awareness through networking, presentations, and associations

Requirements:

* Prior professional sales experience calling on commercial customers within the Electronic Security System market or related technologies
* Solid sales skills and ability to uncover effective customer solutions
* Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment to deliver a high level of customer service and satisfaction
* Shows initiative, engages in proactive behavior, and looks for opportunities
* Very adaptable and responds effectively to changes in situation or information
* Strong sales, presentation, communication, and customer relation skills along with knowledge of products and services
