Business Development Director

OneOncology is revolutionizing cancer care by empowering community oncologists to drive innovation and excellence. Our team is seeking a talented Business Development Director to help drive growth and expansion in existing markets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare sales and/or M&A experience, with a proven track record of driving new business development efforts. This role will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new oncology practices, as well as developing strategic partnerships with external organizations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving new market development efforts, including new physician practices and local market partnerships
- Engaging with physician leaders nationally to promote OneOncology's mission and vision
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the transaction and deal process
- Conducting market and industry research to identify areas of strategic interest
- Preparing and presenting pipeline and growth strategies to internal leadership
Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years of healthcare sales and/or M&A experience, and healthcare physician practice management experience. Travel is required 50-60% of the time.
