Senior Business Development Director

Clarendale of West End is seeking a seasoned business development professional to drive growth and engagement in the Nashville market.
This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to create and implement a vision for business development, support two communities, and lead outreach efforts to build mutually beneficial relationships and profitability across all service lines.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and senior engagement, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing sales and occupancy levels within the assigned market.
- Identify and build key relationships with healthcare providers, senior living providers, and other stakeholders.
- Work with prospective residents, families, and influencers to facilitate timely and favorable commitments to the community.
- Market all areas of the assigned market and network with local community groups, facilities, and businesses.
- Participate in the development of annual marketing plans, competitive analysis, and planning of marketing events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Ability to demonstrate good judgment, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Passion for serving the senior population.
- Flexibility to include some evening and weekend appointments and events.
