Clarendale of West End is seeking a seasoned business development professional to drive growth and engagement in the Nashville market.

This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to create and implement a vision for business development, support two communities, and lead outreach efforts to build mutually beneficial relationships and profitability across all service lines.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and senior engagement, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing sales and occupancy levels within the assigned market.
  • Identify and build key relationships with healthcare providers, senior living providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Work with prospective residents, families, and influencers to facilitate timely and favorable commitments to the community.
  • Market all areas of the assigned market and network with local community groups, facilities, and businesses.
  • Participate in the development of annual marketing plans, competitive analysis, and planning of marketing events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Ability to demonstrate good judgment, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Passion for serving the senior population.
  • Flexibility to include some evening and weekend appointments and events.
