Position Overview:
The Part-Time Store Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting store management to enhance sales and achieve operational goals. This position embodies the core values of the company, including Accountability, Collaboration, Humility, and Passion.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Foster an exceptional in-store experience by exemplifying company behaviors, guiding team members towards achieving store objectives, and promptly addressing customer inquiries and feedback. Uphold store standards to ensure a positive shopping environment.

Oversee daily operational tasks related to store opening and closing, including cleanliness, organization, and maintenance.

Manage cashwrap activities by cultivating a culture that promotes the loyalty program among both staff and customers, ensuring that every customer is informed of the program's benefits.

Track and communicate performance metrics, ensuring clarity in daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Regularly review business trends with the management team.

Inventory Oversight:
Enhance sales by maintaining an organized sales floor and stockroom, facilitating merchandise flow to create an inviting shopping atmosphere.

Assist in planning and executing inventory management tasks, including freight receipt, product placement, markdowns, and more.

Support omni-channel activities within the store, such as Charge/Send and BOPIS/BOSTS.

Utilize inventory reports to optimize productivity and merchandise presentation.

Ensure a safe environment for customers and staff by regularly checking equipment and maintaining safety standards.

Team Development:
Collaborate with store leadership to adhere to policies and procedures, supporting team members through training and constructive feedback.

Provide insights to the Store Manager regarding associate performance and assist in addressing any associate relations matters.

Help manage payroll and timekeeping processes for associates, recognizing their contributions through company recognition programs.

Qualifications:
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum of 2 years of retail experience.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
