$$: $45-52/hr.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Formulate comprehensive product strategies across various categories to enhance Company Signature Experiences, including significant new projects, location openings, celebrations, and partnerships.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of product requirements, customer demographics, and market trends to shape effective strategies.
  • Collaborate with Planning and Location Strategy teams to facilitate quarterly planning sessions and retrospective reviews with Product Development teams.
  • Manage relationships with Site-specific Commercial and Marketing teams to leverage site initiatives and promote merchandise-specific projects.
  • Engage with Corporate Alliances and Operating Participants to enhance the overall value of the Park.
  • Work alongside the Franchise team to devise strategies that support key franchise and alliance initiatives.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of performance metrics and trends to optimize business outcomes and inform future strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless communication throughout the product development process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Merchandise or a data-driven role.
  • Background in Merchandising/Planning within a specialized retail environment.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse partners in commercial, marketing, planning, purchasing, and visual merchandising.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue while upholding brand integrity.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of executing financial plans effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to influence a varied audience, including external partners and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to foster and nurture partnerships across various functions and departments.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking to introduce fresh insights into the business.
