- Upholding loss prevention standards and responding to security alarms as necessary.
- Communicating effectively with Team Members regarding job responsibilities and financial objectives.
- Ensuring the well-being of live animals and maintaining their habitats.
- Completing all necessary documentation related to job functions.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail leadership is essential, with a preference for candidates knowledgeable about pets and live animals.
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.

Education:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, though not mandatory. Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic arithmetic is required.

Skills and Abilities:
- Capability to perform essential duties of Team Members.
- Strong interpersonal skills for ethical issue resolution.
- Basic computer literacy.

Working Conditions:
- The work environment is generally indoors with moderate noise levels.
- Shifts may vary, typically lasting between 4 to 8 hours.
- Commitment to promoting a safe environment for both Team Members and customers is required.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to frequently lift and reach for merchandise.
- Capacity to stand, kneel, twist, crouch, and climb ladders throughout the shift.
- Must be able to navigate all areas of the store safely.
- Proficiency in operating store equipment and completing documentation accurately.
- Must possess the stamina to move quickly and efficiently throughout the store.
