This role is essential in delivering exceptional service to customers in retail and beverage settings. Key responsibilities include welcoming customers, demonstrating product knowledge, aiding in product selection, employing suggestive selling techniques, accurately processing transactions, and ensuring adequate stock levels. The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or GED, experience in cash handling, excellent customer interaction skills, and the ability to work in both retail and food & beverage environments. Bilingual abilities are advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills are also required.
