$$: $45-52/hr.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Formulate comprehensive product strategies across various categories to enhance Company Signature Experiences, including significant new projects, new locations, celebrations, anniversaries, and other domestic offerings.


• Maintain an in-depth understanding of product requirements, guest demographics, and market trends to shape strategic decisions.


• Collaborate with Planning and Location Strategy teams to facilitate quarterly kick-off and review sessions with Product Development teams.


• Cultivate relationships with Site-specific Commercial and Marketing teams to leverage Site initiatives and enhance merchandise commercialization.


• Foster partnerships with Corporate Alliances and Operating Participants to elevate the Park's value proposition.


• Collaborate with the Franchise team to devise strategies that support key franchise and alliance initiatives.


• Conduct ongoing analysis of performance metrics and trends to optimize business outcomes and inform future strategies.


• Build robust relationships with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle.

QUALIFICATIONS:


• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Merchandise or a data-driven role.


• Proven experience in Merchandising/Planning within a vertical specialty retail environment.


• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in commercial, marketing, planning, buying, and visual merchandising domains.


• Strong track record of managing revenue generation while upholding brand integrity.


• Strategic thinker with the capability to execute against financial objectives.


• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence a diverse audience, including experience with external partners and business owners.


• Proven ability to cultivate partnerships across various functions and departments within the organization.


• Well-honed communication and analytical skills.


• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovatively to introduce new insights into the business.
