Field Service - CNC Machining Centers
Position Overview:

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, calibration, and maintenance of CNC machine tools, including routers, grinders, lathes, and more. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance and reliability of our advanced machining equipment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute installations of new CNC machinery at client locations.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and perform troubleshooting on various automated systems.
  • Carry out emergency repairs on equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Replace essential components such as spindles, motors, and bearings as needed.
  • Test and troubleshoot servo motors, variable frequency drives, and programmable logic controllers.
  • Provide comprehensive operator training to ensure effective use of equipment.
