Job Description

As a Technical Support Analyst at KVC Health Systems, you will be responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting end-user computer systems, including hardware, software, and network connectivity. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to electronically submitted technical support requests
  • Perform field support work as required
  • Document work via support request system
  • Work on projects as assigned by department director
  • Add/update/remove software from computer systems
  • Add/update/remove hardware from computer systems
  • Perform on-call duty as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer-related field preferred
  • Three to five years of experience
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Desired certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)
