If you answered yes, our Aramark sales team is seeking a driven Sales Executive to manage our territory and foster business growth. Join our dynamic outside sales team as we strive to acquire new clients and expand our market presence. While the primary focus will be on uniform sales, there will also be opportunities to promote linens and facility services to meet our increasing demand.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

Determination and Ambition - We set ambitious sales targets, requiring over 200 calls per week alongside in-person prospecting efforts. Adaptability - Our industry is ever-evolving, presenting new challenges and opportunities daily to showcase your talents. Willingness to Learn - You will undergo a paid, thorough sales training program to acquire product knowledge, mentorship, and the skills necessary to excel as a member of the Aramark team. Commitment to Our Sales Methodology - We provide a structured sales process designed to ensure your success, whether working independently or as part of a team. Proficiency with Technology - Our team utilizes laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft Office, and a Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) to maintain organization and connectivity. Customer-Centric Approach - In this role, you will represent our company, and we seek someone dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Persuasive Skills - We need an individual capable of overcoming objections and effectively communicating why we are the preferred supplier of uniforms, facilities, and first aid products.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of business-to-business sales experience focused on new account acquisition Proven track record in developing new business and generating sales leads within a designated territory High School Diploma or equivalent Strong communication and presentation abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management Systems, preferably Salesforce Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license required Successful completion of background checks, including Criminal Background, Motor Vehicle Record, and Drug Screening
