Your Responsibilities:


As a Territory Manager, you will be at the forefront of business development, operating from your own office. Your role will involve:

  • Engaging with both new and existing customers to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conducting customer sales calls that blend repeat business with new customer prospecting.
  • Collaborating closely with your manager to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Overseeing the successful delivery of product installations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Managing projects by ensuring all necessary materials are available and addressing any installation challenges that arise.

Participate in a comprehensive training program over two years, which includes scheduled training sessions at our headquarters.

Compensation Structure:
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Uncapped Commission Potential (First 2 years): approximately $15,000 - $50,000
Supplemental Pay Types: Commission Pay, Bonus Pay

Benefits Include: 401k with company match after 6 months, Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, flexible schedule, life insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
