Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at SpecialtyRx. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients in the North and South Jersey region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and perform routine visits to assigned client facilities to provide exceptional customer service and ensure their needs are met.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from client facilities, demonstrating a deep understanding of their requirements and concerns.
  • Collaborate with our pharmacy staff to gather information and resolve client facility issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conduct audits of medication and treatment carts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and prepare for surveys.
  • Audit antibiotic/PO/IV and backup boxes to verify proper par levels and prevent expired medications.
  • Audit emergency boxes to ensure proper seals are in place and medications are not expired.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Administrators and Director of Nursing of client facilities to facilitate successful partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Ability to make quick decisions, prioritize tasks, and focus on detailed information.
  • New Jersey LPN license or New Jersey Registered Pharmacy Technician certification is required.
  • Driven and motivated problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
