As a key member of our team, you will:
- Provide Strategic Guidance: Assist users in defining and designing processes that align with customer needs. Document current business workflows, pinpoint inefficiencies, and suggest system enhancements.
- Collaborate with Headquarters: Engage with Samsung HQ to manage the implementation and optimization of both new and existing processes within the SAP Logistics module, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
- User Support: Deliver comprehensive support to users across all relevant sites of Samsung Electronics in North America. Understand end-user technical requirements related to SAP LE, offer necessary training and documentation, and cultivate strong relationships with end users.
- Monitor Performance: Track and report on issue statuses, proactively review performance against operational standards, and provide insightful reports on results.
- Troubleshooting: Act as the primary on-call support for troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
Compensation: Salary range of $115,000 to $125,000 annually.
Qualifications:- Availability for EST 9 to 6 support.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a functional or business consultant with SAP applications.
- Hands-on experience in functional configuration and design within an ECC 6 or HANA environment.
- Familiarity with processing various EDI document types.
- Project management experience, including conceptualizing, organizing, planning, executing tests, training users, and documenting training materials.
- Demonstrated understanding of the system development life cycle and IT practices.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with standard project management tools and methodologies.
- ABAP debugging skills.
- Participation in all phases of full-lifecycle SAP implementations.
- In-depth technical knowledge of EDI systems and architecture.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a focus on teamwork.
- A willingness to challenge established practices and draw relevant conclusions.
- Ability to prioritize customer needs and work towards achieving those goals.
- Effective time management based on assigned roles and objectives.
