**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in business innovation and IT, with a strong background in analyzing business pain points and suggesting better solutions for improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate requests from various departments for business process changes, including enhancements to IT systems.
  • Collect and analyze business pain points, and suggest better solutions for improvement.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business innovation and IT.
  • Familiarity with Javascript, ServiceNow as an operation, and development are preferred.
  • Familiarity with Oracle, SQL is preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer interface skills.
  • Ability to build and manage plans and risks.
  • Ability to identify and validate client business needs and requirements/processes, and translate them into system requirements.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing and provide issue resolution to business users.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills for multiple tasks.
  • College degree in Information Systems.
