About the Role

NESCO Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely delivery of services and exceeding client expectations.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in CRM software.
