We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning and Execution Manager to join our team at WorldLink US. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives and managing projects to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Determine and define project scope and objectives, predict resources needed to reach objectives, and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Business Planning and Strategic Initiatives: Supervise critical business planning cycles for the organization, lead executive discussions providing strategic input and decision-making, and develop advanced decision-making analysis, frameworks, and impact deliverables.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead between 1-3 projects at any given time, depending on business needs and project complexity, and facilitate key support groups' development of their strategies based on guidance.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of strategic initiative/project management and related experience (8+ years strongly preferred)
  • 3+ years' experience as a strategic and problem-solving thinker who can turn strategic objectives into practical execution plans (experience working in operational consulting or internal strategy/planning roles preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
