Job Summary:

Hotel Bardo Savannah is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Hotel Guest Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience at our resort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to guests upon arrival and throughout their stay, anticipating and fulfilling their needs to create a fun and meaningful experience.
  • Check-in and Check-out: Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently and accurately, adhering to resort procedures.
  • Guest Requests: Address guest requests, challenges, or complaints in a friendly, attentive, and timely manner, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate front office and guest needs to management or other departments, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Reservations and Amenities: Manage reservations and VIP guest amenities and requests, maintaining a working knowledge of resort operations and available guest services.
  • Brand Standards: Maintain and uphold brand, operational, culture, and service standards in all guest areas and across the resort.

Requirements:

  • Team Player: Hard-working team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for Hospitality: Passionate about hospitality and providing elevated service, with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Presentation and Grooming: Excellent presentation and grooming standards, with the ability to maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor when addressing guests.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience with property management systems is a plus.
