Overview:
Our dedicated team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is in search of an enthusiastic and engaging Hotel Front Office Agent to foster a warm and luxurious atmosphere for our guests. This role is pivotal in shaping the guest experience, anticipating and addressing needs to ensure each visitor enjoys an unforgettable stay. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating positive impressions and consistently delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional and inviting service upon guest arrival and throughout their stay, ensuring a delightful and memorable experience.
- Facilitate the check-in and check-out processes in accordance with resort protocols.
- Respond to guest inquiries, issues, or complaints with a friendly, attentive, and prompt approach.
- Communicate effectively with management and other departments regarding Front Office and guest requirements.
- Oversee reservations and special requests for VIP guests.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of resort operations, the Bardo brand, and available guest services and activities.
- Uphold brand standards, operational guidelines, and service excellence across all guest areas and throughout the resort.

- A diligent team player with a positive outlook and keen attention to detail.
- Passionate about the hospitality industry and committed to providing exceptional service, with a strong desire to learn.
- Capable of multitasking and making informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exemplary presentation and grooming standards.
- Prior experience with property management systems is advantageous.
- Able to engage in extensive physical activity across various work areas.
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor when interacting with guests.
