Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greets and welcomes guests as they arrive.
  • Oversees guest check-in, check-out, and billing procedures.
  • Handles sensitive guest information, including room assignments and payment methods.
  • Responds to guest inquiries, ensuring that any complaints or requests are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Meets all in-service training requirements and adheres to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred 1-year experience in hotel front desk operations.

  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage challenging situations calmly and effectively.

Work Environment:

Professional work atmosphere requiring business-casual attire or, in some cases, uniform professional dress; high levels of verbal and written communication are necessary with both internal and external clients.

Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role:

Frequent use of close vision, repetitive motions; bending; frequent standing (up to 8 hours), walking, reaching, and occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
