As a valued member of the North Point Hospitality team, the Front Desk Associate exemplifies the core principles of exceptional guest service by warmly welcoming visitors upon their arrival, efficiently managing business transactions, and promptly addressing guest inquiries and requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greets and welcomes guests as they arrive.
- Oversees the check-in and check-out processes, including billing procedures.
- Handles confidential guest information, including room assignments and payment transactions.
- Responds to guest questions and concerns, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and with care.
- Adheres to all in-service training requirements and complies with company policies and procedures.

Work Environment:
A professional setting that requires business-casual attire or, in some cases, uniform professional dress. This role necessitates a high level of verbal and written communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of experience in hotel front desk operations preferred, or four years of experience in customer service.
The physical demands outlined here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position:
- Frequent close vision, repetitive motions, bending, standing for extended periods (up to 8 hours), walking, reaching, and occasional lifting of items up to 25 lbs.
