Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with housekeeping to guarantee that guest accommodations are ready
  • Promptly address any guest inquiries or concerns
  • Greet guests warmly, manage check-in and check-out processes accurately, and provide essential information
  • Handle inquiries regarding room bookings, hotel amenities, and special requests both in-person and through digital channels
Record Keeping:
Maintain precise records of guest accounts and transactions.

Required Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • Previous experience in the hospitality sector is advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, and customer service capabilities
  • Ability to manage phone communications and resolve issues effectively
