Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with housekeeping to guarantee that guest accommodations are ready
- Promptly address any guest inquiries or concerns
- Greet guests warmly, manage check-in and check-out processes accurately, and provide essential information
- Handle inquiries regarding room bookings, hotel amenities, and special requests both in-person and through digital channels
Maintain precise records of guest accounts and transactions.
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
- Previous experience in the hospitality sector is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, and customer service capabilities
- Ability to manage phone communications and resolve issues effectively
