Role Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive GSOC Specialist to join our team. This role involves working the graveyard shift to support our clients effectively. As a member of the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), you will utilize open-source intelligence to investigate, analyze, and evaluate information that may pose risks to our clients and their stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze potential threats and vulnerabilities within a Global Security Operations Center environment.
  • Prepare and disseminate detailed security incident reports to enhance situational awareness and inform management of potential risks.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of risk management policies, standards, and processes, ensuring they are current and comprehensive.
  • Gather, assess, and share intelligence to support strategic action plans based on credibility and risk assessment.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of risk assessment initiatives.
  • Utilize open-source resources to identify and evaluate information that may impact the client and their operations.
  • Enhance and standardize risk management procedures and processes.
  • Collaborate closely with security personnel and specialists to ensure comprehensive security measures are in place.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Executive Protection, Intelligence, Operations, Critical Incident Management, or Corporate Security is preferred.
  • Proficiency in current technologies and open-source search techniques is essential.
  • Willingness to participate in training sessions outside of regular working hours.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite and various database systems.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and the ability to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences, including clients and executives.
  • Capacity to adapt quickly and perform well in dynamic environments.
  • Skill in preparing clear and accurate written reports.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • A valid California Guard Card is necessary.
