Job Description

Sales at GoTo is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that is shaping the future of sales and marketing. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion through targeted prospecting, engagement, and execution.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Research and develop targeted prospect lists to execute marketing campaigns and increase new user acquisition.
  • Engagement: Leverage your understanding of target personas and business problems to create curiosity and generate interest with prospective GoTo customers.
  • Execution: Meet or exceed KPIs while focusing on quality, collecting and analyzing data to drive conversions and qualified leads.
  • Growth: Share, learn, and collaborate with team members and managers to develop strategies and improve execution.

What We're Looking For:

  • Professional experience requiring determination, grit, and resilience.
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, active listening skills, strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Coachable, naturally curious, and intrinsically motivated.
  • High degree of business acumen and technical aptitude.
  • 1-year prior SaaS Sales experience and 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation:

Annual OTE [Base + Commissions Target] Range: $59,500.00 - $70,000.00 - $80,500.00

The above shows our ranges from minimum to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
