Business Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Service BDC Representative to enhance our customer service experience and support our expanding operations at Laird Noller Ford in Topeka, KS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound service-related calls.
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers.
