  • Explain our products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
  • Obtain customer information and enter orders into our computer system.
  • Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
  • Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Some previous work-related experience.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Persuasion and active listening skills.
  • Service orientation and social perceptiveness.
