Business Development Representative

At Farmers Insurance- Quanzee Johnson, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and sales of our company products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prepared sales talks to persuade potential customers to purchase our products or services.
- Contact businesses or private individuals to solicit sales for our goods or services.
- Explain our products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
- Obtain customer information and enter orders into our computer system.
- Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
- Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some previous work-related experience.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Persuasion and active listening skills.
- Service orientation and social perceptiveness.
