About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at GoTo Services. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new business leads through research, cold outreach, and follow-up activities.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve sales processes.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High level of business acumen and technical aptitude.

Annual OTE [Base + Commissions Target] Range: $59,500.00 - $70,000.00 - $80,500.00

The above shows our ranges from minimum to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
