Business Development Representative Opportunity

Laird Noller Companies is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Work closely with our sales team to convert leads into sales and drive revenue growth
  • Utilize CRM software to log all activity and track progress
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
