Laird Noller Companies is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Work closely with our sales team to convert leads into sales and drive revenue growth
- Utilize CRM software to log all activity and track progress
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
