Position Overview:

This position is onsite, Monday through Friday. The Collections Supervisor will be responsible for:
  • Providing guidance and support to the Collections team in their daily activities, including monitoring accounts with overdue balances and conducting ongoing training.
  • Collaborating with team members to effectively manage credit risks associated with accounts exceeding limits.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with high-volume clients by working closely with the sales team to manage overall risk.
  • Ensuring that overdue accounts are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Assisting in the resolution of complex collections matters.
  • Supporting branch locations in resolving daily operational challenges.
  • Overseeing a small portfolio of accounts receivable.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a high-volume collections environment.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and general ledger reconciliation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in collections or accounts receivable within the construction industry is highly desirable.
