Job Title: Territory Sales Representative

Herc Rentals is seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing business relationships with companies and individuals within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their equipment rental requirements
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience in the industrial market or heavy equipment industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
