Job Summary

The Territory Sales Representative is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction within a defined territory. This position requires a strong understanding of customer needs, as well as the ability to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue and profit goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Assist in the development of sales and marketing plans to drive customer acquisitions and achieve revenue and profit goals
  • Work with subject matter experts to develop and maintain an understanding of all aspects of Casella products and services
  • Seek opportunities to increase services to existing customers and develop a fully functioning account retention program
  • Maintain strong relationships with drivers, operations, customers, and customer service representatives to ensure the safest service procedures
  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to clearly and accurately set and communicate monthly goals and accomplishments
  • Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company, products, sales, and services
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing
  • Minimum 3-5 years sales experience
  • Experience or interest in an environmental or sustainability field
  • Relevant sales certifications
  • Legally eligible to work in the US
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel 80% of the time within a defined territory
