Associate Territory Sales - Capital Equipment

Our client, a leading medical device company within the aesthetics industry, is seeking an Associate Territory Sales Representative to drive growth and lead generation. This role involves collaborating with senior sales reps to close deals and develop sales strategies that promote business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet/exceed prospecting and appointment setting goals
  • Identify and generate sales leads, prospect, and cold call to drive business growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to support business objectives and promote growth
  • Collaborate with senior sales reps to close deals and communicate sales strategies within a defined territory
  • Establish and build client relationships with key decision makers to drive sales and growth
  • Drive sales, efficiencies, and promote growth within assigned territory
  • Stay informed about available products, competitors, market trends, and articulate the value proposition to drive sales
  • Attend trainings and present product demos to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 1+ years of B2B Sales experience, preferably within the Aesthetics industry
  • Documented sales success in meeting/exceeding sales goals
  • Experience with hunting and cold calling is a plus
  • Ability to prospect within a territory with high call activity
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to travel within territory

Offering:

  • Base Salary $50,000
  • Year 1 @ plan $100,000 - $130,000
  • Uncapped Commissions
  • Expenses (Car, Travel)
  • Full Benefit Package, 401K
