Receptionist - Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service to employees and visitors at our corporate headquarters. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist visitors and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate party or department.
- Sort and deliver incoming mail and packages.
- Perform a variety of office tasks, including copying, faxing, shipping, and booking conference rooms.
- File expense reports and maintain accurate records.
- Order office supplies and maintain a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as creating employee badges and nameplates.
- Conduct daily office readiness tasks, including turning on lights, lobby music, and filling water/coffee stations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to focus on tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Prior experience as a corporate receptionist in a large company.
This is a sedentary role that involves sitting most of the time. The work environment is normal and climate-controlled.
