Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service to all clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Balance the drawer daily, including periodic batching of cashed checks.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as processing forms and transactions, and reviewing documents for accuracy and process management.
  • Process customer transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Answer and route telephone calls, take messages, and provide information to clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding interest rates, service charges, and account histories, while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations, and consumer privacy policies.
  • Refer clients for additional retail and bank services, and promote the use of Mylsb+.
  • Balance teller drawer, vault, and ATM.
  • Bundles and scans appropriate work through the Branch Capture System.
  • Act in accordance with all Mylsb regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Represent Mylsb in a positive light in all professional duties.
  • Participate in civic, community, and networking events to cultivate productive relationships for Mylsb.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as defined by Management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior customer service and retail experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multi-task while still meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
