Role Overview
As a Client Success Specialist, you will be instrumental in fostering customer satisfaction, loyalty, and expansion.

Your strong business insight, consultative mindset, and project management expertise will empower you to comprehend customer requirements, devise practical solutions, and achieve favorable results.

Join our agile customer success team to significantly influence both the department and the organization.

This role offers exposure to contemporary SaaS integrations, telecommunications infrastructure, and a variety of applications.
Responsibilities
• Advocate for key clients by collaborating with internal teams such as Support, Product, Engineering, and Finance.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify candidates for beta features and assist in their rollout.

• Work alongside Sales to uncover growth opportunities within new departments or strategic use cases.

• Ensure the successful onboarding of clients within your portfolio.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with mid-market clients.

• Proven track record of managing a substantial portfolio primarily consisting of mid-market accounts.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and Outreach, or similar tools, for tracking and engaging with clients.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting swiftly to shifting priorities and requirements.

• Technologically inclined, with a strong interest in learning and discussing new processes, workflows, and systems.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach, taking ownership and driving tasks to completion.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
