About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at the Hispanic Technology Executive Council. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the Healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate new business opportunities and deepen existing client relationships in the Healthcare sector.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' banking and financing needs, and propose customized solutions.
  • Partner with product specialists to pitch our unique global offering across International Cash Management, Capital Markets, FX Risk Mitigation, International Trade & Treasury, and Working Capital Management solutions.
  • Manage key client stakeholder relationships and bring the whole bank to the client to ensure exceptional client service.
  • Develop and maintain strong ties with our Commercial Banking teams across the global network, particularly in the Healthcare sector vertical.
  • Represent our bank across the Healthcare sector, establishing a sales and marketing plan, attending industry events, and leading on social media activity.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and our bank's policies and guidelines at all times.
Requirements
  • 10 or more years of experience in Corporate Banking/Commercial Banking, preferably in the Healthcare vertical.
  • Sound knowledge of commercial banking products.
  • Proven track record in originating new relationships and acquiring new business.
  • Excellent client relationship skills.
  • Possess superior communication, interpersonal, and influence skills that facilitate successful client pitches and proposals.
  • Strong quantitative/analytical skills.
  • Formal credit training preferred.
  • Experience working with different capital structures and capital markets teams preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Must be able to secure and/or maintain licenses SIE, 79, and 63.
