About the Role

Braze is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our growth customers, ensuring they are maximizing value through the use of our technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Relationship Management: Own the commercial relationship with growth customers, empowering Braze utilization and value, resulting in achieving upsell and renewals targets.
  • Product Knowledge and Industry Trends: Acquire and maintain best-in-class product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Customer Growth Opportunities: Proactively analyze customer product usage and identify growth opportunities to drive business expansion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effectively communicate customer feedback to the Braze product team and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Success, Sales, Product, Legal, and Marketing.
  • Feature Adoption: Coordinate resources to drive feature adoption and work with Account Executives and other Success Partners to seamlessly transition clients from pre-sales, through onboarding, and into ongoing Service usage.
Requirements
  • Drive and Intellectual Curiosity: Demonstrate a drive for excellence, intellectual curiosity, and a relentless commitment to delivering results.
  • SaaS Sales Experience: Proven success in SaaS sales for Mobile and/or Marketing Technology, with a strong understanding of the customer journey and decision-making process.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Prior experience with CRM, or other CRM used to manage the sales pipeline, and excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: The capacity to handle multiple competing priorities, adapt to changing circumstances, and maintain a customer-centric approach in a fast-paced environment.
