We are on the lookout for a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for experienced Customer Success Managers or Customer Marketers aiming to shift into a customer success capacity, particularly those who are passionate about collaborating with clients and serving as a consultant and trusted advisor.

Note: This position offers a fully hybrid work environment. As a global entity, occasional work outside standard hours and travel may be necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with our clients, acting as their trusted advisor to comprehend their specific business needs and objectives.
  • Offer strategic insights and guidance to clients on effectively utilizing our platform to meet their customer marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to create customized customer marketing strategies and campaigns, providing best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their progress, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and ensure they are deriving maximum value from our platform.
  • Serve as a consultant to clients, delivering ongoing support, training, and troubleshooting to resolve any challenges or technical issues they may face.
  • Collect client feedback and insights, advocating for their needs while working with internal teams to drive product improvements.
  • Monitor client health and proactively address any concerns or risks to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for expansion, cross-selling, and upselling to foster revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, Customer Marketer, or in a similar role, with a comprehensive understanding of customer marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Exceptional consulting and relationship-building abilities, with a knack for engaging clients and providing strategic direction.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, employing a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer marketing technologies and platforms is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office. Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot is a plus.
