Account Manager Role

As a key member of the AlphaGraphics team, the Account Manager will play a vital role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include:

Developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and expand customer relationships
Providing expert knowledge of AlphaGraphics products and services to customers
Maintaining accurate records and reports to track sales performance and customer interactions
Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns

Requirements:
2+ years of sales or account management experience in a related industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
