POSITION SUMMARY:
This role is a non-technical position responsible for managing all purchases related to information technology for the Arizona Supreme Court and the Administrative Office of the Courts. The incumbent will oversee procurement-related financial, contractual, budgetary, and administrative functions within the Information Technology Division, including grants and contractors.

As part of the Asset Management Department, the individual will ensure precise record-keeping and tracking of hardware assets, as well as software and license inventories, while also maintaining comprehensive details regarding all technology-related contractors.

This position will contribute to the development of policies and procedures associated with contract administration, asset management, and procurement processes.

Eligible for a hybrid-telework schedule after three months of employment, contingent upon demonstrated performance. Proficiency in Microsoft M365 products, Adobe Pro, and Visio is essential.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor's degree and five years of experience in the computer industry or a related field are required. Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement. Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and related equipment is necessary, along with a working knowledge of SharePoint, including standard file and folder naming conventions, metadata assignment, and permissions management. Strong bookkeeping knowledge, excellent time management skills, and troubleshooting abilities are also required.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in an Information Systems environment.

SELECTION PROCESS:
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Only candidates whose qualifications closely align with the position's requirements may be invited for an interview.
