Job Summary:

The Arizona Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Courts is seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Contract Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Information Technology Division, this position will be responsible for coordinating procurement-related functions, including grants and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all information-technology-related purchases for the Supreme Court and the Administrative Office of the Courts.
  • Coordinate procurement-related, financial, contractual, budgetary, and administrative functions within the Information Technology Division.
  • Provide accurate record-keeping and tracking of hardware assets, software and license inventories, and technology-related contractors' details.
  • Assist in the establishment of policies and procedures related to contracts administration, asset management, and procurement.
  • May be eligible for a hybrid-telework schedule after three months of employment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in the computer industry or a related field.
  • Directly related experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
  • Strong bookkeeping knowledge, excellent time management skills, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to resolve problems quickly and completely.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in an Information Systems environment.
