POSITION SUMMARY:
This role is focused on managing all procurement activities related to information technology for the Supreme Court and the Administrative Office of the Courts. The incumbent will oversee procurement-related financial, contractual, budgetary, and administrative tasks within the Information Technology Division, including grants and contractor management. Additionally, this position will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and tracking of hardware assets, software, and license inventories, along with managing details related to technology contractors.

The selected candidate will also contribute to the development of policies and procedures concerning contract administration, asset management, and procurement processes.

This position may allow for a hybrid-telework arrangement after the successful completion of three months of employment, contingent upon demonstrated performance in assigned duties. Proficiency in Microsoft M365 products, Adobe Pro, and Visio is essential.

Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program qualified employer.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience in the computer industry or a related field are required. Equivalent experience may substitute for the degree requirement. Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and related equipment is necessary, along with familiarity with SharePoint, including standard file and folder naming conventions, metadata assignment, and permissions management. Strong bookkeeping skills, excellent time management, and troubleshooting abilities are essential for resolving issues effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in an Information Systems environment.

SELECTION PROCESS:
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Only candidates whose qualifications closely align with the position's requirements may be invited for an interview. This is a Regular, Full-time, Exempt position.
