Position Overview:
This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service. Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $20.00.

Work Schedule:
Availability is required from Monday to Saturday, between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm (Central Time). Shift times may vary based on client needs, and overtime may be necessary depending on business demands.

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in remote customer service.
- At least 1 year of experience in an office environment, managing multiple applications on Microsoft Windows.
- High school diploma or GED is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional phone support to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to meet service performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the insurance sector and the products and services offered by our team.
- Handle a high volume of calls, typically between 75 to 100 per day.
- Communicate effectively and professionally to resolve inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with management and team members to proactively address service challenges.
- Maintain attention to detail and accountability for all work produced.

Additional Requirements:
- A designated quiet workspace is necessary for completing calls while working remotely.
- New hires must possess a working device for the 2-Factor Authentication process.
- Successful completion of Call Center training classes is mandatory, along with proficiency in the material.

Background Checks:
- Candidates must pass a drug screening and a background check, including education and employment verification.
