The Residential Asset Supervisor plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional client service and outstanding management solutions.

At Real Property Management Enterprises, the Supervisor is expected to exhibit leadership qualities and foster trust with property owners and tenants, including both current and prospective clients, as well as contractors and service providers.

This position is essential in ensuring our clients feel confident in our management services by meticulously overseeing the properties under our care.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct management of property portfolio
Overseeing Tenancy Applications and Agreements
Collaborating with the Leasing Agent to create listings for available rental units
Working alongside the Maintenance Manager to coordinate repairs and upkeep for managed properties
Maintaining consistent communication with existing clients
Conducting regular inspections of managed properties
Implementing necessary actions for tenants with overdue payments
Authorizing client invoice payments
Managing insurance claims and payments for clients
Reviewing monthly and annual rental statements
Performing pre-vacancy inspections
Preparing outgoing property condition assessments
Entering management agreements and establishing property portfolios
Participating in office meetings and discussions
Following all procedures relevant to this role.
Providing insights for and engaging in the ongoing enhancement of processes and procedures
Other responsibilities as assigned

The Supervisor is highly organized with excellent time management skills and an understanding of prioritization.

Driven to deliver outstanding customer service and build trust, the Residential Asset Supervisor is a natural communicator with strong negotiation skills, the ability to work autonomously, and a professional demeanor.


QUALIFICATIONS
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Understanding of residential property maintenance
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential property management (single-family homes)

Competency in, or the ability to gain competency in, the following:
a) Landlord/Tenant Regulations and b) Fair Housing Act
Familiarity with local area regulations

COMPENSATION:
$60,000 - $65,000 annually
