Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily activities of subcontractors, evaluating the quality and efficiency of their work

  • Guarantee that homes are constructed in accordance with safety regulations and completed within the set timeframe

  • Conduct routine inspections to uphold safety and quality standards
  • Negotiate and approve purchase orders for materials and labor

Compensation:

  • Annual salary range: $82,500 - $103,100
  • Eligibility for bonuses
