We are looking for an Office Coordinator to provide essential support to our facility and facilitate effective communication between the plant operations and the Corporate Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls and relay messages as needed.
- Assist with document preparation, including typing, faxing, and photocopying.
- Track daily receipts for incoming materials using Excel and the AS400 system.
- Generate and print various plant reports, including those related to material usage, fleet operations, and sales data.
- Oversee accounts payable functions, including vendor setup and inquiry management.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail while managing outgoing correspondence.
- Monitor office access and maintain the Bio-security sign-in log.
- Execute additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is essential.
Desired Skills
- An Associate's Degree is advantageous.
- Prior experience in an office setting with familiarity in using fax machines, copiers, and printers.
- Strong computer skills with a focus on typing accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management and numerical skills.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Physical Requirements
