Yamww - Customer Experience Associate
Job Overview
Client Relationship Management:
Welcome and engage clients warmly, acting as a dedicated representative for the Yamww brand.
Establish and nurture strong connections with clients to foster brand loyalty and create memorable experiences.
Be driven by goals, consistently striving to enhance personal performance while achieving sales targets set by leadership.
Address inquiries related to special requests, product details, pricing, and usage; maintain a strong understanding of all product offerings.
Assist customers with their selections and requests, providing timely updates as necessary.
Proactively reach out to clients regarding various needs, including order status, satisfaction, upcoming events, and new product launches.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transaction history using company-provided systems.
Process client transactions accurately, including payments, returns, and order placements.
Schedule fitting appointments and support fitters with follow-up communications as required.
Handle inbound phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Operational Responsibilities:
Maintain a professional and brand-consistent appearance at the front desk and retail area.
Ensure that product information is current and accessible for clients.
Restock merchandise daily as directed and communicate inventory needs to management.
Set up promotional displays and arrange merchandise to drive sales in alignment with merchandising strategies.
Conduct daily reconciliation and documentation of cash and credit transactions.
Manage the shipping, receiving, transferring, or tagging of merchandise as needed.
Participate in regular inventory assessments.
Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a retail or customer service environment.
Experience in the golf industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Essential Skills:
Demonstrate a passion for exceptional client service in a retail setting.
Possess a client-focused mindset with a commitment to follow-up and follow-through.
Exhibit attention to detail and the ability to adapt to various personality types effectively.
Maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor.

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a desire to collaborate in a dynamic team environment.
Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills are crucial.
Basic math skills for cash management are required.

Possess strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities.
Uphold confidentiality, honesty, and integrity in all situations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Work Environment:
This role is situated in an office and retail environment, requiring the ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
