Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Assistant Manager to join our team at Wayback Burgers. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective operation of our stores and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Supervision: Responsible for the overall supervision of store outlets, ensuring that all aspects of store operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Resource Management: Responsible for managing resources, including staff, stock, and sales, to maximize profitability and productivity.
  • Staff Development: Trains and supervises staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Financial Management: Maintains accurate financial and statistical records, including sales data and stock levels.
  • Customer Service: Deals with customer complaints and queries in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers have a positive experience.
  • Stock and Pricing Control: Oversees stock levels and pricing to ensure that products are sold at the optimal price and that stock levels are maintained.
  • Profitability and Productivity: Maximizes profitability and productivity by analyzing sales data and making informed decisions about stock levels, pricing, and promotions.
  • Staff Motivation: Motivates staff to meet sales targets and provides opportunities for staff advancements.
  • Compliance: Ensures compliance with safety and health regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Promotional Displays: Prepares promotional displays and materials to attract customers and drive sales.
  • Liaison: Liaises with management to ensure that store operations are aligned with company goals and objectives.
