Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to the leadership team, including the Director and Department Chair. This role encompasses proactive management of calendars, meeting coordination, minute-taking, document preparation, and supply management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver administrative assistance with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.
- Facilitate calendar management and communication for executives, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and events.
- Organize and manage logistics for various meetings, including resource preparation such as itineraries and agendas.
- Utilize software tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create presentations and reports.

Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Experience in organizing large meetings, including virtual formats.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with precision.
- Experience in a large corporate environment.
Preferred:

- 3+ years of administrative experience supporting executives.
